In addition to your airfare, your tour investment of $3,400 includes carefully coordinated accommodations, ground transportation, daily breakfast, and select admissions—designed to provide a seamless and enjoyable travel experience from arrival to departure.
While we take every measure to plan and manage a safe, well-organized trip, international travel inherently involves variables outside of our control. For this reason, we strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment and provide coverage for potential trip interruptions, delays, cancellations, or unexpected events.

By booking a tour with Travel Dingcinnati LLC., travelers acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Travel Risks & Acknowledgment
International travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to airline delays or cancellations, government actions, security procedures (including TSA requirements), geopolitical events, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of [Your Company Name]. By booking this tour, you voluntarily assume all such risks associated with international travel.
2. Third-Party Providers
Air transportation for this tour is arranged through AAA. Additional services, including but not limited to hotels, ground transportation, and tour activities, are provided by independent third-party vendors. [Your Company Name] acts solely as a coordinator and is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, or failures of these providers.
3. Tour Package Inclusions
The tour package price (currently $3,400 per participant, unless otherwise stated) includes hotel accommodations, ground transportation, daily breakfast, and select admissions to attractions. Airfare is purchased separately through AAA unless otherwise specified.
4. Travel Insurance (Strong Recommendation)
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants. Coverage should include, at minimum, trip cancellation/interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, and baggage protection. [Your Company Name] is not responsible for any financial losses incurred due to trip cancellations, interruptions, or unforeseen events.
5. Changes, Cancellations & Force Majeure
[Your Company Name] reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or transportation arrangements due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, acts of war, public health concerns, or supplier changes (“Force Majeure”). No refunds or compensation will be provided for disruptions caused by such events.
6. Traveler Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, required documentation, and compliance with all international travel regulations, including entry requirements for Germany. Travelers are also responsible for arriving on time for all departures and scheduled activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Company Name] shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the tour, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, missed connections, or financial loss.
8. Acceptance of Terms
Submission of a deposit or full payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
